Who we are

We are a family printing house of designer self-adhesive labels

We help our customers build their product image. Our labels are not supplied only to the Czech Republic, but also to many other European countries, especially France.

Our production of self-adhesive labels started in 1991. Gradually, we have gained the trust of more than 400 regular customers. Our strategy is based on a combination of our human approach to customers and cutting-edge printing technologies. Over more than a quarter of a century of the existence of our company, the Osma team has grown from its original eight members to nearly 40. Excellent Gallus-Heidelberg machines are the heart of our fleet. They are further complemented by a versatile Xeikon digital machine, a Newfoil finishing machine, a SMAG screen printing machine and Prati and Rotoflex slitter inspection rewinders We can offer our customers all the printing technologies used in the narrow web segment: flexography, screen printing, offset and digital printing. Labels can be further embellished by hot or cold stamping, plastic varnish, lamination or glue printing.

Our newest Labelfire machine combines the advantages of digital printing with the broad application of label finishing. Thanks to the Rhino embossing unit, multiple embossing foils can be used at the same time. Of course, partial varnishing, 3D varnishing or lamination are also available.

SMAG

Screen printing also covers highly structured materials with a highly opaque layer of paint. We also use flat screen printing for the application of a really deep layer of varnish, which creates a plastic structure on the surface of the printed material. So your label can look and feel beautiful. This kind of embellishment is called plastic paint or sometimes 3D paint.

TCS250

Fine graphic motifs are best handled by our offset machine, which also has embossing and hot stamping units, a flexo printing unit and two rotary screens. It is the only machine with these parameters in the Czech Republic!

Thanks to our largest flexo printing machine, we can produce labels even at really high production quantity. In addition to our eight flexo printing units, our RCS has hot and cold stamping units, a rotary screen and a laminating unit.

Give your products a metallic shine! The Newfoil finishing machine gives us the possibility to produce labels with multiple hot stamping. Thus we can apply several types of stamping foil of your choice to the label.
